For over 30 years, I’ve led complex systems, built powerhouse teams, and disrupted bureaucracy from the inside out. But I created Unapologetically S.H.E. for one reason: because too many women—especially women of color—are still expected to lead quietly.
We are not here to be tolerated. We are here to transform.
This brand was born from a truth I know in my bones:
